Meet THA CHEF. He is a former professional wrestler and the founder of Stir Up Wrestling based in Salemburg, NC, which launched in September 2022. As well as being an active and positive pillar of the local community, he also hosts various wrestling events at his personal gym, Chef Studios, and teaches physical fitness six days a week to both children and adults. Not only is he a die-hard old school wrestling fan, but he also serves as a positive influence in the lives of many people.
